Put them on for the kids in the mornings while you’re getting breakfast ready on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - or any other time so you can join in too!
10 Little Life Lessons
The 5-8 min Little Life Lessons teach practical techniques for understanding and managing different emotional states and how to make healthy food choices.
These can be done on Tuesday and Thursday mornings while you’re preparing the school lunches, or you can join the kids and discuss ideas on how to apply the concepts in your specific, family circumstances.
